These terms apply when you book a Devotion in Motion class from Jácinta Devamani.

Classes and bookings

Class dates, times, prices, and details are shown on the booking page. Your place is booked once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email. Classes take place online using Zoom. I'll send the Zoom link and joining details to the email address provided at booking. Please don't share the link.

Taking part

Please join from a safe space where you can move comfortably and take part at your own pace. Stop if you feel discomfort. Classes are for general wellbeing and are not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about taking part, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Single-class bookings

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another available class. Please use the contact page to request this. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, and missed classes, are non-refundable. If something unexpected happens, please contact me; I may be able to offer a transfer, depending on availability.

Four-class bookings

If you can’t attend one of your four classes, please use the contact page at least 24 hours before that class starts. The missed class will roll forward to the next available four-class block. It won’t be refundable. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, the class won’t roll forward and isn’t refundable.

If I cancel

If I cancel a class, including within 24 hours of its start time, or a technical problem on my side prevents it from going ahead, you may choose a full refund for the affected class or a place in another available class.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply to your booking.
